Pricing process
Sampling Manufacturing charges are style-specific and depend on:
- garment complexity and construction details
- fabrics and materials, trims and finishes involved
Review process
Once all required details are shared by you and reviewed by our team, concerned team member will schedule a discussion with you.
We do not offer open-ended direct calls or meet access.
All calls are scheduled only after all details are shared.
Communication process
Once sampling begins, progress updates are shared weekly in the form of images and videos.
If any material, trim, or process is delayed or unavailable during development, our team will inform you and suggest a suitable alternative.
In-person visits are not part of this process.Where needed, discussions are conducted through scheduled online meetings at mutually convenient time slots.
Requirement understanding
We begin by understanding your garment idea, techpacks, design references, target pricing direction, sample goals, projected quantities, fabric direction, and overall product vision.
Pattern making (Optional) and Techpacks
If you already have digital patterns and techpacks, we can work with those. If not, our team can help develop patterns, techpacks and prototypes based on your design requirements. These are independent add-on services.
Prototype development
Once the design direction is clear, we begin translating it into a workable product. This stage focuses on structure, construction understanding, and initial development.
Fit sampling and corrections
We move into sample development with focus on fit, construction. Corrections and refinements are addressed during this phase wherever required.
Trims, labels and finishing elements
At this stage, required trims, labels, and related branding elements can also be developed depending on project scope.
Design and sample approval
Once the sample reaches the required level of alignment in terms of fit, finish, and design intent, approval is taken before moving ahead.
Production readiness
After sample approval, the style is better prepared for bulk planning. This stage helps ensure that the garment is not just visually strong, but also more practical to produce with consistency.
Quality control
Quality control is not treated as a final-stage check alone. It is considered throughout the development process, with attention to construction, finish, measurements, and detailing.
