Our digital products are available for immediate download upon purchase. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your download link along with your order ID. This process ensures that you get instant access to your digital items without any delay.
2. Shipping for Physical Products
Most of our physical items are handmade, hand-embroidered, or made to order, in line with our slow-fashion, minimal-waste philosophy. Due to the time-intensive nature of these products, delivery times may vary.
- Processing Time: After your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
- Delivery Time (Domestic Orders): For customers within India, your order will typically arrive within 7-12 working days, depending on your location.
- Delivery Time (International Orders): International deliveries may take up to 14 working days, which includes customs clearance.
Please note, these times are estimated and could vary based on the shipping destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Modification or Address Change
Once an order has been placed and processed, it is not possible to modify the delivery address through the website.
