THE CHALLENGE
The client required a bespoke export piece that balanced understated elegance with distinctive handcrafted detailing. The brief called for a clean white base enhanced with carefully placed gold embellishments and a structured decorative pattern. This piece had to have scalability for meeting production timelines and costs
The key challenge was to incorporate the intricate gold detailing without overwhelming the simplicity of the garment. Every embellishment needed to be positioned with precision while maintaining the garment’s overall flow, structure, and refined aesthetic.
The challenge was to balance statement detailing with the clean structure of the garments. The embellishments and contrasting elements needed to complement the silhouettes without overpowering their design.
OUR SOLUTION
The ODD Factory translated the client’s vision into a custom garment by combining a clean silhouette with intricate gold surface detailing. The design was developed with careful attention to embellishment placement, pattern balance, and finishing. This design flourished during their pre Ramadan collection drop. Due to the success of this design and it’s appeal, this base was then modified in different ways to develop a limited edition geometric capsule dropÂ
