This involves a detailed deep dive one-on-one session, lasting about two hours, where our creative design & sampling expert will help you sift and finalize the perfect collection drops for your brand. This session focuses on enhancing profitability and sellability, bearing in mind the latest trends and market foresight to ensure the final designs have high sellable value and meet perceived demand.
After finalizing the designs, we assist in selecting the ideal sustainable, natural, or blended fabrics for each chosen design. This step considers cost and production factors to ensure your collection is both economically and environmentally sustainable.
We provide techniques and tips to help make your collection economically viable. However, the final costing per product will need to be completed by you. We support this process with market and customer level benchmarks, and for a detailed revenue profit analysis, you may opt for our strategic financial package.
Upon finalizing fabrics, we will provide the fabric consumption per garment to make product costing and material procurement easier. If you require assistance in procurement, our team is available to provide support and vendor details.
Throughout the process, we may suggest additions or subtractions to certain product references to help curate the perfect collection drop.
A final call, approximately 45 minutes, is scheduled after our session to reaffirm the collection and discuss launch strategies.
