If a fabric less than 5 metres in length is purchased then it cannot be returned. (Note: The length of the same fabric should be 5 metres in total)

No refunds will be given in the following cases:
1.In case of minor design and colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products due to screen & actuals
2.Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
3.Products returned in a used or damaged condition or wrong products sent back.
4.Fabrics measuring 5 metres and less than 5 metres.
5.Individual Products with value Rs 300 and less than Rs. 300.
6.Precut / heavily discounted/ stocklot fabrics
7.Shipping Charge and reverse pick up arranged
